Quite a change, so please post your questions here. There are bound to be quite a few problems to iron out. Thanks.
I really enjoy this new site!
This is a great layout, clearly much thought has gone into this. Also is it just me, or are others finding that the pages (and the whole site) load quicker.?
Hi,

Yes it should load much quicker. The whole coding has been better streamlined. That was a big reason for upgrading, the code needed to be optimized and a lot of "bloat" has been removed.

The layout isn`t completely new. We had a run at this one about a year ago, but it got dropped for some reason or other - I don`t remember why exactly. I pulled out this layout from my hard drive and started re-working it again back in January.

The old full width or fluid layout which we previously had was dropped, primarily it was slow to render, but a lot of folks were complaining that it was too wide on larger monitors, having to read from side to side can get tiring. There has to be a point where the design width stops, so we`ve fixed it at around 1000px.

Thanks!

Just noticed that I have move the scroll bar side to read the full posts. Do I need to change my settings?

Thanks.

Sounds as if you might have to, try the next resolution setting smaller and see what happens.

Also, in my User CP I had to reset my location and birthday. :D

and the time. I don't know if it's a new feature on not, but you can set the 24-hr clock - I like that.
I couldn't open all headings on the site yesterday, but so far, I definitely think it's all an improvement - thanks !

Re. submitting a reply to a thread:
is there anyway to change the default, so that you don't automatically subscribe to the thread ?

- never mind ! I figured it out (changed it in my user CP)
