I thought I would throw up this link to the Canadian Space Agency's Mars weather webpage. I found it quite interesting...Highs in the mid to high minus twenties and lows in the minus eighties....maybe we shouldn't complain about our winters......

Yes very interesting observations!
-80.....
Now that's cold I wonder what the windchill will be like at that temp.
Interesting Obs, indeed. -83°...... and it is currently summer in the northern hemisphere of Mars, isn't it?

Yes, it is currently summer heading into Autumn the Northern hemisphere.
However, Phoenix in the far North thus the cold temperatures.
Mars has a highly eccentric orbit thus some drastic temperature swings.
The planet being farther away from the sun also has longer seasons. Roughly double our length.
In contrast, a nice sunny hot day in the Summer, in the Southern hemisphere, the temperature can rise to ≥20°C.
LOL, if you were an astronaut there you could jump out the back door of your landing craft, set up the BBQ, rustle up some hot dogs and temper them with a fine Keiths ale.
That is of course if there was ample atmospheric pressure and oxygen which there is not.
However, on the average the plant is much cooler than this.
But, on the bright side you would only be half the age you are now.

That works for me! Where do I buy a ticket?
Yes , interesting weather. EC also have a link on their page. I can't get over how low the pressure reading are though ,....amazing ! I also wonder how strong the wind will get , I have not seen anything out of the ordinary yet , at least not when I have looked at the site.
