Another line of severe storms has fired off in South-Eastern Saskatchewan and South-Western Manitoba this afternoon. Once particularly intense cell has a tornado warning on it!

This is the second straight day of severe weather in this part of the Prairies. Yesterday a wind gust, possibly as high as 180km/h was reported. This high gust is disputed due to RADAR estimates that were almost half that.

it has most definetly been an intense past few days on the praries. I just wish i didn't work so much so i could go chase these Storms. I have family located in the melita/pierson area, and they got two amazing storms last evening. My uncle told me he hasn't seen a storm like that in years.

Here's hoping that we see some more over this direction. (crosses fingers)
