All I can say is wow...45 mm of rain in 90 minutes.

That must have been an awfully heavy downpour of rain!
Yes, that seems to be a lot of rain over a time span less than two hours.
I hope a patten does not set up in the next day or so to give them a repeat performance.
Not even a watch issued.
No mention of it by EC anywhere.
They did issue a special weather statement after the fact, if that is any consolation.
Was on my last day of Vacation while there and was watching the radar closely all morning. This storm popped up out of no where very unexpectedly, so I don't blame EC fully for the lack of a watch. It also dissipated rather fast.

It felt like the 45mm fell in 1 hour, not 2. The downpour was the one of the heaviest I've seen, and it lasted a full 45min without change in strength. The round residential gutters were overflowing onto the sidewalks in no time.
